The thesis is used in various fields of future industrial items, such as drones, and it is used for various purposes in real life such as surveillance in the city center, delivery of logistics, and military use. However, the biggest problem of the drones is that it is necessary to secure a long distance communication line and to certify the exact source of the aircraft when operating the city. For this purpose, this paper proposes a secure drone operation using a USIM-CHEAP and a fingerprint reader for user authentication in 3G / LTE networks.

논문은 미래 산업의 아이템인 드론이 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며 단순히 경치를 촬영하기 위한 범주를 넘어서 도심에서의 감시, 물류배달, 또한 군사용 등 이와 같이 실생활에서 여러 용도로 사용하고 있다. 그러나 드론의 가장 큰 문제는 도심 운용시 원거리의 안전한 통신선을 확보하는 것과 비행체의 정확한 출처를 인증 하는 것이 필요하 다. 이를 위하여 본 논문이 3G/LTE 망에서 사용자 인증을 위해 활용 되는 USIM-CHEAP 기과 지문 인식기를 탑재하 여 안전한 드론 비행체 운용에 대해 제안한다.
