In 2016, the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court sentenced a number of decisions regarding appraisal and compensation. The Constitutional Court sentenced seven decisions, including a request for unconstitutional appeal under Article 85 (1) of the ｢Act on the Acquisition of Land, etc. for Public Works and Compensation Therefor｣. In addition, the Supreme Court sentenced five judgments, and the High Court sentenced one case for loss compensation. This article summarized the judical precedents related to loss compensation and appraisal evaluation that can be confirmed through the website of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, but it should be noted that there may be judical precedents that have not been introduced yet.

2016년 헌법재판소 및 대법원 등은 감정평가 및 보상과 관련한 다수 결정 을 선고하였다. 헌법재판소는 ｢공익사업을 위한 토지 등의 취득 및 보상에 관한 법률｣ 제85조 제1항 위헌소원을 비롯한 7건의 결정을 선고하였다. 또한 대법원은 5건의 판결을 선고하였고, 아울러 고동법원은 손실보상 관련 1건의 판결을 선고하였다. 본고는 헌법재판소 및 대법원 홈페이지를 통해 확인이 가능한 손실보상 및 감정평가 관련 판례를 정리하였으며, 이 밖에 소개되지 않은 판례가 있을 수 있음을 밝혀둔다.
