보온등의 열축적 한계와 발화원인 규명 오류에 관한 연구

As Korea has four distinct seasons, it should be prepared to win the cold in winter. So It is applied to residential facilities as well as plant and animal facilities and general buildings. To prevent frost in piping and keep stable warm, hot wire or heating lamp are used but it is well known that hot wire causes electrical factor such as insulation deterioration or short circuit due to tracking. Since heating lamp generates strong radiation, it is often the case that the cause of the fire is due to the accumulation of radiant heat. A total of 17,224 fires have occurred in Chungcheongnam-do during the recent five years. 46 of 89 cases by heating lamp indicate the cause of the fire caused by over heating, excluding the case of the electric power and the cause unknown, that means the fire caused by over heating is 51% of that cause. In addition, Chungbuk Provincial Police Agency Investigation Headquarters attribute recent case of cause, happened in Chungbuk-jecheon sports center on Dec. 21, 2017 and died 29 people and injured 40 people, to overheating of heating lamp installed in first floor parking lot or electrical factors due to dielectric breakdown of the constant-temperature wire. Therefore, in this study we investigate this two cause of Chungbuk-jecheon sports center case and want to figure out the limit of the possibility ignited by heating lamp. also we will focus on whether we can make mistakes in the identification of cause of fire. We also propose a method to identify the exact cause of fire by comparing the possibility of ignition of the previously studied hot wire.
