Experimental Study on the Flaming Ignition Characteristic and Morphology in Spontaneous Combustion of Fried Dregs.

In this paper, We analyzed the effect of the type of container and residual heat on spontaneous ignition of fried dregs. Experimental results showed that the vapor of fried oil served as initial ignition material, and the frying powder became high temperature carbide and acted as an ignition source. At this time, Oxygen was fed differently according to the type of container, and it was proceeded to flaming ignition.
