The purpose of this study is to clarify the essence of enneagram experience of university nursing college students by applying phenomenological research methods. The results of this study are as follows. First, the enneagram experience of college nursing college students in this study was found to be "self-understanding", "understanding others", "understanding human behavior", "Acknowledgment of Enneagram". The first category appeared as 'self - understanding', and in this category three sets of themes were derived: self - discovery, self - recognition, and self - assurance. The second category is 'understanding others', and the collection of themes included in this category are derived from two categories: 'discovery of others' and 'acceptance of others'. The third category is 'Understanding Human Behavior'. There are three themes in this category: 'recovery of human relations', 'development of human relations', and 'application to nursing'. The last category is 'awareness of Enneagram'. In this category, three sets of themes were drawn: 'interest in enneagrams', 'rejection of enneagrams', and 'regret for enneagrams'.
