The purpose of this study is to understand how online teaching practice support systems of universities for training pre-service teachers have been operated in South Korea and explore how to improve them to enhance pre-service teachers’ teaching competence. To analyze the status quo of online teaching practice support systems, web pages related to teaching practice were examined. For this study, a content analysis was used to analyze how universities for training pre-service teachers use web pages for pre-service teachers’ teaching practice. A coding scheme was developed based on previous research related to teaching practice and web-based learning environments, and it consisted of two parts: instructional contents and structural aspects. According to the results, there were few basic information about teaching practice on most online teaching practice support systems in South Korea and they did not fulfill the necessary conditions as web-based learning environments. Considering the results of the analysis, this study suggested several implications for improving online teaching practice support system of universities in South Korea.

양질의 교원을 확보하기 위해서 예비교원의 수업전문성을 향상시킬 방안 중 하나로써 교육 실습 프로그램의 개선 필요성이 지속적으로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 교육실습 활성화 및 교육실습 효과 극대화를 꾀하기 위해 국내 교육실습 온라인 지원체제 운영현황을 분석하고 개선방안을 탐색하였다. 국내 교육실습 온라인 지원체제 운영현황을 분석하기 위해 초·중등교원 양성기관과 유아교사 양성기관의 교육실습 관련 웹페이지를 검색하여 내용분석 (content analysis)을 통해 분석하였으며, 분석유목은 선행연구를 바탕으로 내용적 측면과 구 조적 측면으로 나누어 개발하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 일부 학교를 제외하고 대부분의 학교 가 교육실습 온라인 지원체제를 예비교원의 수업전문성 향상을 위해 운영하고 있다기보다는 교육실습에 대한 간단한 정보를 제공하는 수준에 그치고 있어서 예비교원의 수업전문성을 향 상시키기 위한 교육실습 온라인 지원체제로써의 역할을 충분히 하지 못하고 있는 것으로 드 러났다. 분석유목과 분석결과를 고려하여 기존 교육실습 온라인 지원체제를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
