The purpose of this study is to investigate the present situation of the currently operated programs as a research for establishing preventive and countermeasures against school violence, and to propose an effective improvement plan which can be improved according to the limit factors. For this purpose, we investigated the actual situation of school violence in Korea as well as the present situation of school violence prevention. Based on the results of the analysis of the limit factors, each improvement plan was derived and the prevention of school violence and countermeasures were suggested. The prevention and countermeasures of school violence suggest that there is a need to study and apply continuous measures as the school environment and school culture change, (2) to improve the quality of safety infrastructure in the school, (3) to strengthen the personality education and to secure the reliability of preventive education, and (4) to strengthen preventive education from the victim's point of view. (5) awareness of school violence, (6) support for and restoration of recovery, and (7) reinforcement of post - school violence response measures. In this study, suggestions for future school violence prevention and countermeasures were suggested.

이 연구는 학교폭력에 예방 및 대응 방안 수립을 위한 연구로서 현행 운영되고 있는 방안에 대한 실태 및 현황을 조사하여 한계요인에 따른 향상시킬 수 있는 효율적인 개 선 방안을 제시하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 학교폭력 현황인 학교폭력 실태조사와 학교폭력 심의 결과를 조 사한 후 현재의 학교 폭력 예방 대응 현황을 분석하여 한계요인을 도출 하였다. 한계요인을 분석결과에 따라 각 개선방안을 도출하고 학교폭력 예방과 대응 방안을 제시하였다. 학교폭력의 예방 및 대응 방안은 학교환경 및 학교 문화 등이 변화함에 따 라 지속적인 방안을 연구하여 적용할 필요성이 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 학교폭력 예방 및 대응 개선방안으로 (1) 개별 맞춤형 예방 방안 모색 필요, (2) 학 교내 안전 인프라의 질적 제고, (3) 인성교육 강화와 예방교육 신뢰성 확보, (4) 피해자 관점에서 예방교육 강화, (5) 학교폭력의 인식교육, (6) 회복지원 및 내실화 강화, (7) 학교폭력 사후 대응 조치 강화로 조사되었다. 본 연구에서 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 향후 학교폭력 예방 및 대응 방안에 대해 제언을 하였다.
