The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effects of influence of sports ethics on athletic identity and athletics outcomes of elite athletes. This study sampled 250 elite athletes of Seoul and Gyeonggi physical education high school with the convenience sampling method. The data were verified by descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and standard multiple regression analysis using SPSS & AMOS 18.0 Version Statistical Program for Windows after being input into the computer (coding). The following conclusions were obtained through the above research methods and procedures. First, the effects of perceived sports ehtics of elite athletes on their athletic identity were found to be significant. Second, the effects of perceived sports ehtics of elite athletes on their athletics outcomes were found to be significant. Therefore, the effects of perceived athletic identity of elite athletes on their athletics outcomes were found to be significant.

이 연구는 엘리트 운동선수의 스포츠 윤리의식이 운동정체성 및 운동성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 서울 및 경기체육고등학교 엘리트 운동선수들 250명을 편의표본추출법으로 표집하였다. 그리고 자료는 컴퓨터에 개별 입력(coding)시키고, Window용 SPSS & AMOS 18.0 Version 통계프로그램을 이용하 여 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하여 검증하였다. 이상의 연 구방법과 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 엘리트 운동선수의 스포츠 윤리의식이 운동정체성에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 엘리트 운동선수의 스포츠 윤리의식이 운동성 과에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 엘리트 운동선수의 운동정체성이 운동성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
