This study was aimed to find out that dance absorption are related to an intention of adherence dance in college dance majoring students. The subjects were 789 dancer of college who perform dance until 2017. For this study analysis, a preliminary study was conducted to secure data reliability and validity. To analyze the data were used descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression This study result are as follows: There are partially a significant difference in dance absorption and the intention of dance adherence according to background characteristics(career of dance and dance major).Dance absorption partially affect the intension of dance adherence. In other words, there are correlation and causation between the dnace absorbtion and the intension of dance adherence. In conclusion, dance of college majoring students who have non-intension of dance abandonment and the longer career of dance and specialization level of dance have the positive dance absorption.

본 연구는 대학 무용수들의 배경적 특성과 무용몰입이 무용지속 의도의 차이를 비교 분석하고, 무용몰입이 무용 지속 의도에 영향을 주는가를 분석하여 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 대상자는 수도권 지역 4년제 대학에서 무용을 전공하고 있는 학생 798명을 연구 대상자로 선정하였다. 응답한 질문지의 자료처리를 위해서 질문지들의 탐색적 요인 분석과 내적문항 일치도 그리고 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 더불어서 연구 대상자들의 배경적 특성에 따른 무용몰입과 무 용지속 의도에 관한 차이 비교를 위해서 일원변량분석을 실시하였고, 무용몰입과 무용지속 의도의 관계를 분석하기 위 해서는 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결론적으로 무용경력이 많은 대학 무용수들의 무용몰입은 긍정적인 경 향을 보였으며, 이러한 결과로 인해서 무용지속 의도가 높았다. 따라서 대학 무용수들의 무용지속 의도와 무용몰입을 면밀하게 관찰하고 분석한다면 대학 무용수들이 보다 긍정적인 무용지속 의도를 갖도록 할 뿐 아니라 무용수로서 삶을 더욱 영위하도록 하는 효과를 가져 올 수 있을 것이다.
