he purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of parent support of middle and high school Taekwondo athletes on the commitment of exercise, career decision self - efficacy, Using a purposive sampling method, a total of 368 items were used for the analysis. The collected data were analyzed using PASW21.0. Parent support, Exercise commitment, and career decision self - efficacy differed in all factors, and there was a significant difference in the exercise environment of parent support for differences in the athletic career. Second, parent support has a significant effect on the commitment of the sport. On the other hand, information collection, goal setting, and problem solving have a partially significant impact. This result shows that parent support for middle and high school Taekwondo players increases the internal factors of middle and high school Taekwondo athletes, so that they can find out that they have a high ability to pursue career choices together with continuous athletic performance ability Results.

이 연구는 중·고등학교 태권도선수들의 부모지원이 운동몰입, 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 경기도에 재학 중인 중·고등학교 태권도선수들중 대한태권도협회에 선수등록을 마친 학생선수들을 대상으로 유목적 표집법(purposive sampling)을 사용하여 총 368부가 분석에 활용되었다. 수집된 자료는 PASW21.0을 사용 하여 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 부모지원과 운동몰입, 진로결정자기효능감의 남, 여의 차이는 모든 요인에서 차이가 나타났고, 운동경력별 차이에서는 부모지원의 연습환경에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 부모지원은 운동몰입에 유 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 정보수집, 목표설정, 문제해결에서는 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 중·고등학교 태권도선수들에게 있어 부모지원은 중·고등학교 태권도선수들의 내 면적 요인을 높임으로서 경기력향상요인과 더불어 지속적인 운동수행능력과 함께 진로선택에 높은 영향을 미친다는 것 을 알 수 있게 해주는 결과이다.
