Object Control of influences development according to social cultural background. Therefore, it will be necessary to identify the differences in the developmental level of gymnastics and gender among domestic infants.The purpose of this study is to investigate the object control development tendency according to childhood gender and age by inspecting object control events of TGMD-2, Test of Gross Motor Development-2, and further, to anticipate the sub-events of object control according to gender and age. Subjects were 250 infants in Busan, and 6 sub-events of the object control of TGMD-2 were measured. The results were as follows: Striking a stationary Ball, kick, two-hand strike, overhand throw, and underhand roll showed differences according to age and gender. Catch showed differences according to gender. In the anticipation of object control, two-hand strike, overhand throw, catch, underhand roll, kick were anticipated according to gender. In accordance with age, kick, catch, striking, overhand throw and underhand roll were anticipated.

조작운동은 사회 문화적 배경에 따라 발달에 영향을 준다고 하였다. 따라서 국내 유아를 대상으로 조작운동발달 수준과 성별에 따른 차이를 확인하는 필요할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구 목적은 유아기 대근육 운동발달 검사도구인 TGMD-2의 조작운동종목을 검사하여 유아기 성별과 연령에 따른 조작운동발달 경향을 알아보고, 나아가 성별과 연령 에 따라 조작운동 하위 종목을 예측하는데 있다. 연구 대상은 부산지역 유아 250명을 대상으로 하였으며 TGMD-2의 조작운동 하위 6개 종목을 측정하였다. 연구결과 공튀기기, 공차기, 공치기, 공던지기, 공굴리기는 나이와 성별에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 성차는 생물학적 차이보다는 환경적 차이에 따라 나타날 수 있을 것이다. 공받기는 성별에 따 라 차이가 나타났다. 연령과 성별에 따른 조작운동 예측은 성별에 따라 공치기, 공던지기, 공받기, 공굴리기, 공차기가 예측되었다. 연령에 따라서는 공차기, 공받기, 공튀기기, 공던지기, 공굴리기 종목이 예측 되었다.
