The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of basic military traing(BMT) on blood component of 30 selected navy officer candidates in 2018. BMT took place for 11weeks; the first half(6weeks) mainly focused on military training and the second half(5weeks) was composed of basic physical training and professional education. The blood sample were taken from the forearm before and after BMT when the candidates were being stabled. The blood samples were analyzed by blood analyzer(white blood cell : WBC, red blood cell : RBC, hemoglobin : Hb, platelet : PLT, blood volume) and the blood volume were calculated by the formula that Dill and Costill proposed. The results are as follows : First, The WBC, RBC, Hb were increased after basic military training(p<.01). Second, The PLT was decreased after basic military training(p<.05). Third, Blood volume was increased after basic military training(p<.01). It might be concluded from the study that navy basic military training is effective for the activation of immune function

본 연구는 기초군사훈련에 따른 해군 사관후보생의 혈액성분과 혈액량에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것으로 2018 년 해군에 입대한 사관후보생 중 남자 30명을 대상으로 하였다. 기초군사훈련은 총 11주 기간으로 전반기 6주는 신체적 훈련을 집중적으로 실시하였으며 후반기 5주는 기초체력단련과 소양교육 중심으로 진행 되었다. 채혈은 훈련 전·후 안정시에 전완에서 하였으며 혈액분석기를 이용하여 적혈구, 백혈구, 헤모글로빈, 혈소판을 분석하였다. 혈액량은 Dill 과 Costill이 제시한 공식을 이용하여 산출하였으며 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 백혈구, 적혈구, 헤모글 로빈은 기초군사훈련 전에 비하여 훈련 후에 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.01). 둘째, 혈소판은 기초군사훈련 전에 비하여 훈련 후에 유의하게 감소하였다(p<.05). 셋째, 혈액량은 기초군사훈련 전에 비하여 훈련 후에 유의하게 증가하였다 (p<.01). 결론적으로 해군 학사장교 과정 중 실시 되는 기초군사훈련은 백혈구의 증가를 통하여 면역기능이 항진되며 산소운반체인 적혈구, 헤모글로빈, 혈액량 등의 증가를 통하여 유산소성 운동능력이 향상되는 유익한 프로그램이라고 할 수 있다.
