In this study, we have traced memories on the basis of the remaining memories in consideration of the fact that the memories to be memorized in the original and the positive 4.1 independence movement were forgotten, and then examined from the view point of memory and oblivion. In addition, the students paid attention not to being alienated as the master of history learning in the classroom space but to the inquiry experience learning that covers the area where students live as a way of doing history as a history producer. In addition, the Ecomuseum, a new concept of museology that allows students to engage in a cultural centering role while creating a participatory and networked network of students in the community beyond the space of the classroom, To find the applicability and to derive educational significance. However, this study has limitations in that it has not been able to carry out concrete action in the field because it is a research study. In the future, students will be invited to take a closer look at the specific aspects and results while practicing the students’ ecomuseum area exploration experience.

본 연구에서는 우리 지역에서 원곡·양성 4·1독립만세운동의 기억되어야 할 흔적들이 망각되어 있다 는 것에 착목하여 남아있는 사료들을 바탕으로 기억들을 추적한 후 기억과 망각의 관점에서 살펴보았다. 그 리고 학생들이 교실 공간에서 역사학습의 주인으로서 소외되지 않고, 역사 생산자로서 역사를 행하는(doing) 방안으로 학생들이 살아가는 지역을 범위로 한 탐구체험학습을 주목하였다. 또한, 교실의 공간을 넘어 학생 들이 지역 사회에서의 주체적인 참여와 네트워크를 형성하면서 문화적 구심적 역할을 할 수 있도록 하는 새 로운 박물관학의 개념인 에코뮤지엄(Ecomuseum)을 교육적 관점으로 원곡·양성 독립만세운동에 도입하여 적용 가능성을 모색하고 교육적 의의를 도출하였다. 다만, 본 연구는 시론적인 연구라는 점에서 현장에 아직 구체적인 실천은 하지 못했다는 한계를 가지고 있다. 추후 학교 현장에서 학생들과 에코뮤지엄 지역사 탐구 체험학습을 실천하면서 구체적인 양상과 결과를 면밀히 살펴볼 것을 기약한다.
