Recently, researches on mechanism of companies are actively being carried out. It is possible to analyze complex management activities with the convergent logic of mechanism based on subject, environment, and resource elements. In this paper, we will try to examine the FTA between countries, which is conducted in international trade, based on the mechanism. And the business activities of domestic companies that are highly dependent on the exports are directly or indirectly affected by FTA. Therefore, at the later of this paper, we will look at the mechanisms of trade-related firms, that are heavily influenced by FTA. Overall relationship rather than fragmentary analysis will be more helpful for understanding international trade through FTA . In the international trade, the theory of gravity is used to explain the fact that transactions between two countries can not be made solely by the environment and resources. In the paper, we try to analyze international trade with ser-M, which is the view based upon mechanism by using this gravity model. Especially, suppose that there is a mechanism in trade that is mainly focused on FTA, studying on ser - M is considered to have great significance. In the ser – M based view, it can be marked as S-E-R, environmental creation mechanism. As the government takes the lead in FTA, the environment and resources will be combined. Through these effects, the international trade mechanism in Korea creates a virtuous cycle that will continue to increase the size of the international trade.

최근 기업들의 메커니즘에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 주체(subject)와 환경(environment), 그리고 자원(resource)의 요소들의 융 합을 통한 메커니즘(mechanism)의 방법을 가지고, 복잡한 경영활동을 분석할 수 있는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국제통상에서 이루어지는 국가 간 FTA를 메커니즘 기반으로 살펴보고자 한다. FTA의 메커니즘과 FTA의 영향을 많이 받는 통상관련 기업들의 메커니즘에 대해서 살펴보는 것은 의미가 있다. 수출 의존도가 높은 한국에서 기업들의 경영활동은 직, 간접적으로 FTA의 영향을 많이 받기 때문이다. 국제통상은 단편적인 분석 보다는 전체적인 관계성을 가지고 분석을 하는 것이 이해에 보다 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 국제통상에서 중력이론은 주로 두 국가 간의 거래가 단순 하게 환경과 자원으로 분석되어질 수 있다는 것을 설명하는데 사용된다. 여기에서는 이러한 중력모형을 이용하여 국제통상을 메커니즘기반 관 점인 ser-M으로 분석하고자 한다. 특히 FTA를 중심으로 이루어지는 통상거래에 메커니즘이 존재한다고 가정할 때, 이에 대해 ser-M 기반으로 연구하는 것은 큰 의의가 있을 것이다. 이를 ser-M 기반으로 정리하면, S-E-R, 즉 환경창조 메커니즘으로 표기할 수 있다. 정부가 주체가 되어 FTA를 주도해나감으로 환경과 자원이 결합하게 된다. 이를 통해서 만들어진 한국의 국제통상 메커니즘은 국제거래 규모를 계속적으로 증가시 키는 선순환 효과를 일으킨다.
