The purpose of this study is to develop the elderly life-career design program for individuals in their 40’s and 60’s. The authors developed a program based on the ADDIE model. The authors analyzed existing literature on life-career design, analyzed existing program, and analyzed educational needs through FGI for stakeholders. Based on this, the authors set up the basic direction of the course for each age group, designed educational objectives, and designed educational modules and contents. After that the authors developed lecture slide, lecture guide boos, and learner activity book. The developed program was piloted to directly observe the students’ reactions and receive feedback to correct and supplement the contents and methods of education. The significance of this study is as follows. First, it establishes the basis for systematic elderly life-career design for individual life cycle. Second, it designs differentiated curriculum for each life stage. Third, it reflects practical education needs of various stakeholders and developed the curriculum

본 연구의 목적은 개인의 전 생애주기에서 40대와 60대를 대상으로 하는 중장년 생애경력설계 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ADDIE 모형을 바탕으로 프로그램을 개발하였다. 구체적으로 기존의 생애설계 관련 문헌연구 및 기존 프로그램 분석을 실시한 후 이해관계자들을 대상으로 FGI를 통해 교육니즈를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 연령대별로 과정에 대한 기본방향을 설정하고 교육목표 수립 및 교육모듈과 교육내용을 설계하였고 강사용 강의 슬라이드, 강사용 가이드북, 학습자 활동지를 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램에 대해 파일럿 과정을 실시하여 학습자들의 반응을 직접 관찰하고 피드백을 받아 교육내용 및 방법을 수정·보완하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 첫째, 개인의 전 생애주기에서 중장년에 대한 체계적인 생애경력설계를 할 수 있는 기반을 구축하였고 둘째, 중장년 생애단계별로 차별화된 교육과정을 설계하였으며, 셋째, 다양한 이해관계자들의 실질적인 교육니즈를 반영한 교육과정을 개발하였다는 점이다.
