This thesis show legal principles building professional ethics conforming to the social responsibility on the basis of a brokerage-prctician as the professional man. A brokerage-practician is expected the moral act based on high decision making abilities. There are diverse regulations in the Business Affairs of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Report of Real Estate Transactions Act, by making concrete. Realtor's work ethics are consists of service ethics, organization ethics, employment ethics, public ethics. In view of With view that the relation of a realtor and client is delegated businss, Client's autonomy protection, the security of professionalism, the independence from a personal and material control, the security of publicity appeared from the delegation's essence and the security of the conduction of business's impartiality are the vary important principles.

이 논문은 전문직업인으로서 중개업종사자의 직업윤리에 관한 관련 법 규정을 토대로 중개업자의 사회적 책임에 입각한 직업윤리를 구성하는 법적 원칙들을 제시한 연구이다. 중개업종사자에게는 높은 수준의 윤리적 의사결정능력에 기초하여 윤리적으로 행위할 것이 기대되며, 공인중개사의 업무 및 부동산거래신고에 관한 법률에서는 이러한 중개업종사자의 직업윤리를 구체화하여 다양한 규정들을 두고 있다. 중개업자의 직업윤리는 서비스윤리, 조직윤리, 고용윤리, 공중윤리로 구성되는데, 중개업에 종사하는 전문직업인들에게 요구되는 직업윤리의 가장 중요한 원칙으로 포함되어야 하는 것들은 중개업자와 중개의뢰인의 관계가 위임관계와 같다는 입장에서 보면 중개의뢰인의 자율성 보호와 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 전문성의 확보, 인적ㆍ물적 지배로부터의 독립성 보장, 위임의 본질로부터 나오는 공공성의 확보, 중개업의 특성을 고려한 업무수행의 공정성확보 등이라고 할 수 있다.
