This study is an example of a fire accident at a welding work site during a disaster caused by human negligence in the industrial field in Korea. 본 연구는 우리나라의 산업현장 등에서 인적 부주의에 의한 재난사고 중 용접작업 현장의 화재사고를 한 예로 하여 안전 불감증에서 오는 단순 부주의가 대형화재 등으 로 이어져 막대하고 돌이킬 수 없는 국가 사회적 손실이 발생되는 것을 철저히 예방하 고자 먼저 제1장에서는 연구의 배경 및 목적을 제2장에서는 용접작업으로 인한 화재발 생 현황 및 용접의 종류에 대해 살펴보고 제3장에서는 화재사례 및 언론보도자료를 통 해 용접작업작업 현장에서 인적부주의에 의한 화재사례를 토대로 그 문제점을 분석하 고 안전대책과 향후 발전 방향을 제시하고자 하며 제4장에서는 용접작업을 통한 실제 재현실험(높이 차이 및 샌드위치판넬 5종)을 통해 불티비산 범위 및 샌드위치판넬 종 류별 연소실험을 통해 보다 정확한 화재발생 매카니즘을 과학적으로 고찰하였으며, 마 지막 제5장에서는 실험결과를 분석하여 용접작업 현장에서 화재발생 위험을 예방하기 위한 안전대책을 강구하였다.
