This study recognized the importance of collaboration in disaster safety management, and analyzed the causal relationship among the collaboration factors in Disaster Safety of Cultural Heritages using Structural Equation Modeling. For this purpose. a causal model of the collaboration process factors, i.e. administration, autonomy, mutuality, and joint decision making, were established and raw data from Chae & Ryu(2017) were used for the purpose of this study. According to the analysis results, the total effect (direct + indirect effects) among the factors that affect the dependent variable was the greatest effect of 0.952 in administration, followed by 0.722 in trust, 0.680 in correlation and 0.387 in autonomy. On the other hand, joint decision making was confirmed to have a negative impact of -0.310.

본 연구는 재난안전관리에 있어서 협업의 중요성을 인지하고, 구조방정식을 활용하여 문화재 재난안 전분야의 협업요인 간 인과관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존연구와는 다르게 협업과정 요인간에 도 인과관계가 존재하며 협업이 갖는 복잡성에 주목하여 이를 구조모형화하였다. 이를 위해 협업과정 요인인 행정(administration), 자율성(autonomy), 상호관계(mutuality), 공동 의사결정(joint decision making), 신뢰(trust)간 인과모형을 설정하고, 채경진‧류영아(2017)에서 조사된 원자료(raw data)를 본 연 구목적에 맞게 사용하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 종속변수인 협업 결과에 영향을 미치는 요인간 총 효 과(직접+간접효과)는 행정이 0.952로 가장 큰 효과를 보였고, 신뢰가 0.722, 상호관계가 0.680, 자율성이 0.387의 순으로 나타났다. 한편 공동 의사결정은 -0.310으로 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.
