The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of organizational characteristics and personal characteristics of the elderly crime on the cooperative security network by applying Hierarchical Linear Model (HLM). HLM is a model designed to overcome these limitations of aggregated and disaggregated schemes at the top level, with individual response data at the individual level and integrated data at the top level simultaneously To the model of. In other words, in order to explain the cooperative security network of the elderly crime, the characteristics of the organizational characteristics, the individual characteristics, the individual characteristics of the organizational characteristics, and the organizational characteristics are simultaneously included in the model to see the influence relationship therebetween. As a result of the analysis, it is proved that not only the statistical necessity of the application of the multi - layer model analysis but also the influence from the organizations such as cooperation, coordination and cooperation are factors of the cooperative security network of the police officers and the elderly related organizations. 본 연구의 목적은 위계선형모형(Hierarchical Linear Model: HLM)을 적용해 노인범죄의 조직특성과 개인특성에 대한 협력치안네트워크에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. HLM은 상위차원으로 통합하는(aggregated)방식과 개인차원으로 환원하는(disaggregated) 방식의 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 고안된 모형으로써, 개인차원에서는 개별 응답자료를, 그리고 상위차원에서는 통합된 자료를 동시에 하나의 모형에 수용한다. 즉, 노인범죄의 협력치안네트워크를 설명하기 위해 조직특성과 개인특성, 조직특성의 개인특성변수와 조직특성을 동시에 모형에 포함해 이들 간의 영향관계를 보는 것이다. 분석결과, 다층모형분석 적용의 통계적 필요성을 보여주는 것일 뿐 아니라, 경찰공무원 및 노인관련단체의 협력적 치안네트워크의 요인인 협력, 조정, 합작 등 조직으로부터의 영향을 받고 있다는 것이 검증되었다. 이를 통해 노인범죄의 협력치안네트워크 구축을 통해 치안환경의 변화와 경찰활동, 시민의 관심 미흡 등 환경변화에 적절하게 대응할 필요성을 시사하고 있다.
