The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship on the ethical sensitivity and the consciousness of the vocational ethics from prospective sports instructors. 178 prospective sports instructors, 97 instructors for the life sport and 81 instructors for youth sports, participating in trial process in 2017 held by K university have been participated and analyzed. For completion of this study, the questionnaires for the ethical sensitivity including locus of control and Machiavellism and the consciousness of the vocational ethics have been used. The results are followings. First, there was significantly difference in gender and teaching career on the ethical sensitivity from 178 prospective sports instructors. Second, there was no significantly difference in locus of control and Machiavellism on the ethical sensitivity from 178 prospective sports instructors. Third, the ethical sensitivity had an effect on the consciousness of the vocational ethics. Lastly, locus of control from 178 prospective sports instructors did not have an effect on the consciousness of the vocational ethics whereas Machiavellism had an effect on the consciousness of the vocational ethics.

본 연구의 목적은 예비 스포츠지도사들의 윤리적 민감성과 직업윤리의식의 관계에 대하여 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구대상은 2017년 K대학의 스포츠지도사 연수원에서 운영하는 스포츠지도사 자격연수 과정에 참가한 예비 스포츠지도사들로서 생활스포츠지도사 97명과 유소년스포츠지도사 81명 등 총 178명을 대상으 로 하였다. 본 연구의 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였고 이를 바탕으로 결과를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫 째, 예비 스포츠지도사들의 윤리적 민감성은 연령별과 지도경력별로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비 스포츠지도사들의 통제위치와 마키아벨리즘에 따른 민감성은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비 스포츠 지도사들의 윤리적 민감성은 직업윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 예비 스포츠지도사들의 통제위치 는 직업윤리의식에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 마키아벨리즘은 직업윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
