[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between leisure constraints negotiation, resilience and psychological well-being for golf participants. [Method] The subject for this research consisted of 244 customers who took a golf lesson in golf driving ranges around Seoul, Gyeonnggi, Daejeon. Daegu, Kangwon and Kwang-ju.. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS Version 18.0. and Amos 18.0 program. [Result] Main findings were as follows: First, leisure constraints negotiation had a positive effect on resilience. Second, resilience had a positive effect on psychological well-being. Third, leisure constraints negotiation had a positive effect on psychological well-being. Fourth, resilience mediated the relationship between golf participant leisure constraints negotiation and psychological well-being. [Conclusion] If golf participants improve their physical and psychological health effects through golf and resilience increase from gaining a sense of accomplishment such as acquiring or improving golf skills, they will be able to lead a better quality of life.

[목적] 본 연구는 서울, 경기, 대전, 대구, 강원, 광주지역에 소재한 골프연습장 이용객을 대상으로 골프 참여자의 여가제약타결전략과 회복탄력성 및 심리적 행복감에는 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 진행되 었다. [방법] 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석과 상관관계분석을 실시하였고 모형을 설정한 뒤 구조방적식모형(SEM)을 통하여 변 인간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. [결과] 이상과 같은 연구방법과 연구모형 검증을 기초로 하여 본 연구에서 도 출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프 참여자들의 여가제약타결전략은 회복탄력성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 참여자들의 회복탄력성은 심리적 행복감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋 째, 골프 참여자의 여가제약타결전략은 심리적 행복감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프 참여 자의 여가제약타결전략과 심리적 행복감의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프참여자들이 골프를 통해 신체적, 심리적 건강효과를 증진시키고 나아가 골프 기술습득이나 기량향상 등의 성 취감을 만들어 회복탄력성이 높아진다면, 보다 나은 삶의 질을 영위할 수 있을 것이다.
