Since 2002, proxy driving industry and proxy driving users have been on the rapid increase, proxy driving market has taken root in our society on a large scale together with a new drinking culture. Proxy driving has dysfunctions such as driving without insurance, fare hassle, breach of traffic laws and regulations, and crimes as well as eufunctions In order to analyze proxy driving users, I drew up analysis table and quantified factors on the basis of meeting, hearing, feeling, observing 100 proxy driving users and checking respective users' sex, age, occupation, time, company, disability, drinking, distance, words and deeds, target attractiveness, information leakage, detectability and profitability. I divided them into 0. 0.5) and 1 and numbered them respectively. 0. means zero possible threats to crime, 0.5, fifty-fifty possibility and 1, full threats to crime. I examined exposure rate by processing time, company, physique, sex, age, drinking, target attractiveness, and seduction on the code, devised an exposure table and sounded out the possibility of exposure to crime of users. Items to be analyzed are as follows; Firstly, causes of crime during proxy driving are that there is no law which regulate and coordinate proxy driving. There will be drinking and so much proxy driving so long as there exist society and drinking culture in days to come. It is desired that proxy driving users reach their destinations safely and without any accidents and no accidents and crimes shall not happen during proxy driving. Therefore proxy driving drivers and users' rights and interests should be protected, I hope that a law relating to proxy driving will be passed by the National Assembly in the near future and proxy driving services, on which we can rely on and no accidents will happen, will develop. I hope that my paper will contribute to making a country without crimes and traffic accidents to a certain extent and I will research and study this subject from this day forth too.

2002년도 이후 대리운전업과 대리운전 이용자들이 급속도로 늘어나면서 우리사회에 새로운 음주문화에 이어 대리운전 시장이 큰 규모로 자리 잡기 시작하고 그에 따른 순기능 외에 무보험 대리운전, 요금시비, 교통법규위반, 대리운전관련 범죄 등 많은 부작용과 역기능도 나타났고 있다. 연구자는 연구 목적으로 첫째, 대리운전에 관련된 범죄, 둘째. 이용자들이 범죄피해를 보는 이 유, 셋째, 이용자와 대리운전 기사의 다툼과 논쟁의 해결, 넷째, 갈수록 늘어나는 대리운전 이용자 의 교통법규위반과 사고에 대한 처리보상과 피해 예방으로 삼았다. 대리 운전 이용자의 분석을 하기 위해서 대리운전 이용자 100명을 상대로 직접 보고, 듣고, 느끼고, 관찰한 것을 토대로 각자에 대하여 성별, 연령, 직업, 시간, 동행, 장애, 음주, 거리, 언행, 표적매력, 유혹, 정보유출, 발각가능성, 수익성에 대해 일일이 체크를 하여서 분석표를 만들고 코 딩표를 만들어 수치화하였다. 0. 0.5 및 1로 3가지로 나누어 점수를 0, 0.5 및 1을 부여 하여 0은 범죄위험성이 없는 것이고 0.5는 범죄위험성이 절반이고 1은 범죄위험성이 있는 것으로 보았다. code를 가지고 대표적인 8가지 시간, 동행, 신체, 성별, 연령, 음주, 표적매력, 유혹을 가지고 위험 률을 알아보았고 위험률표를 만들어서 범죄위험성 가능성에 대해서 알아보았다.
