The purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition of big data analysis for nationwide volunteer information managers. We researched understanding of the fourth industrial revolution, recognition of information management trend and big data analysis for volunteer information managers who work at 146 volunteer center and 119 volunteer demand organization. All the data was analyzed using SPSS win 20.0. And collected data were analyzed by calculating mean and standard deviation, frequency analysis and multiple regression analysis. Our study shows that positive correlation between understanding of the fourth industrial revolution and information management item of volunteering. And our results shows that understanding of big data using method affects more recognition of information management trend than that of the fourth industrial revolution. We suggest establishment of big data consulting curriculum, and emphasize the necessity of ethical standards education of information management focused on holistic education for volunteer information managers.

4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하여 향상된 컴퓨팅 기술과 무료 및 개방형 데이터의 급증으로 사용자 혁신을 위한 기본 환경조성이 화두가 되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 다양한 데이터를 이용하기 쉽도록 단일 콘텐츠화 하여야 하며, 타 분야의 관련 데이터와 통합하는 복합 콘텐츠를 구축하여야 한다. 그러나 이를 이용하고 관리하는 정보관리자들의 빅데이터 분석능력은 미흡하다. 이 연구에서는 정부의 행정전산망 중 주민등록전산망 다음으로 거대한 1365자원봉사포털 관련 정보관리자들의 빅데이터분석에 관한 인식도를 조사 및 연구하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 4차 산업혁명 이해 정도와 정보관리사항은 양의 상관관계를 나타내는 것으로 조사되었으며, 최근 정보 분석 트렌드 인지 여부에 빅데이터 활용기법 이해정도가 4차 산업혁명에 대한 이해정도보다 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 빅데이터 기반의 자원봉사 정보관리자 컨설팅 교육의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라, 자원봉사 정보관리자를 위한 빅데이터 교육과정 수립과 홀리스틱 교육 관점의 정보관리 윤리규범선정 및 교육의 필요성을 제안하였다.
