This study discussed the ways in which human rights education can be implemented in the area of youth care services. For this purpose, the status of care areas for youth was checked and the status of utilization after school hours was analyzed. And we also identified the status and challenges of human rights education in the area of youth care services. Based on the data analysis results, we confirmed the importance of human rights education in the area of youth care services. Next, we presented the direction of human rights education in the field of youth care services, and lastly, plans for the expansion of human rights education in the youth care services were proposed.

이 연구의 목적은 인간의 존엄성과 기본적 인권보장을 위한 실질적이고 구체적인 방법의 인권교육 이 청소년 돌봄서비스 영역에서 실행되기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 청소년 돌봄서비스 실태와 청소년의 방과후 시간 활용실태를 확인하였고, 청소년 돌봄 서비스영역에서의 인권교육의 진행 실태를 파악하였다. 또한 선행연구를 통해 제시된 청소년 돌봄서비스 영역에서의 인권과 인권교육 관 련 데이터 분석 결과를 바탕으로 청소년 돌봄서비스 영역에서 인권 교육의 중요성을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 청소년 돌봄서비스 영역에서의 실천적 인권교육의 중요성과 청소년의 참여를 강조하고, 체 험활동과 경험중심의 실행 방향을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 청소년 돌봄서비스 영역에서의 인권교육의 확대를 위해 욕구분석, 기획, 교육내용구성, 진행, 평가과정 등에서 고려해야 할 사항을 제시하였다.
