This study aims to analyze actual condition of tax account office that many tax payers use for works related with account and tax matters and find out work satisfaction of workers in tax account office and evaluate relationship with several items connected with this satisfaction.
For this study, we take sample for survey as tax account offices registered in Korea Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants and located in Busan Metropolitan City and Gyeongnam Province.
Results of this study are as follows. Firstly, there is statistical meaningful relationship between working ability of workers and work satisfaction in their office. But reference books related with computer accounting software for improving working ability of workers are insufficient and there are not so many institutes near their office that they can get trained. Also, account training is nearly not done regularly.
Secondly, workers' ability to cope with external influence has meaningful relation with work satisfaction in office and responsible person's ability to cope with conflict with company requested for accounting service is also relatively high.
Conclusion of this study provide one clue to increase satisfaction of workers in tax account office and improve working efficiency ultimately.

본 연구는 회계와 세무에 관련된 업무에 많은 납세자들이 이용하는 세무회계사무소의 실태를 분석하여 세무회계사무소 근무자들의 업무에 대한 만족 정도를 알아보고 이 만족 정도와 연관이 있는 몇 가지 항목과의 관계를 분석하였다.
본 연구를 위하여 한국세무사회에 등록된 세무회계사무소중 부산과 경남에 소재하는 세무회계사무소를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다.
본 연구결과에 의하면 먼저, 근무자의 업무처리 능력이 근무처에서의 업무 만족 정도와 통계적으로 유의적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 근무자의 업무처리 능력을 높이기 위한 전산회계 소프트웨어와 관련된 참고교재가 불충분하고 근무처 인근에 전산회계 교육을 받을 수 있는 기관이 충분치 못하였으며 현 근무처에서 전산회계 또는 회계에 관련된 교육도 정기적으로 실시되는 경우가 상당히 적었다. 둘째, 외부영향에 대한 근무자의 대처능력이 근무처에서의 업무 만족 정도와 유의적인 관계가 있었으며, 회계서비스 의뢰회사와의 마찰에 대해 근무처 책임자의 대처능력도 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구의 결과는 세무회계사무소에서 근무자들의 업무 만족 정도를 증대시켜 궁극적으로 업무효율을 높일 수 있는 하나의 단서를 제공할 것으로 생각된다.
