Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders in Electronic Assembly Workers
초록
영어
This study was carried out with the purpose of understanding burdening characteristics of electronic assembly process and suggesting improvement method of ergonomic work suitable for electronic assembly process. In this paper, the workplace that is the subject of the study is an electronics manufacturing factory located in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do. It is a large-scale TV manufacturing factory that has the greatest potential for burdening posture among various products. Respectively. Analysis of the symptom questionnaire and ergonomic work analysis results showed that most of the electronic assembly process was a burden on the shoulders, legs, feet, hands, wrists, and arms due to the work characteristics of using the upper legs in the posture , It is more appropriate to perform job analysis evaluation with RULA and REBA rather than OWAS in which hands, wrists, and arms are not included in the evaluation items, because the electronic assembly process uses mostly hand / wrist / Could know. Based on the ergonomic work design criteria, it is estimated that the risk of musculoskeletal diseases in the electronic assembly process will be reduced if the work process is designed by presenting the floor plan and side view in the work process improvement plan. Since the research scope of this study is limited to the electronic assembling process of a specific company, it can be supported by the results of this study if generalization is applied widely to the work processes of other industries. It is expected to be possible.
