The purpose of this study is to propose a method to construct the information space of community library with the resilient and creative complex information function space, human resources exchange and community base to cope with social changes in response to various contents of library space and functions . As an institution that provides the places and contents necessary for education and research such as knowledge, information, technology and environment, it aims to expand and change from the collection center to the user center, from the specific user center to the library that shares resources with the community, And to find ways to contribute to the revitalization of education. A library plan for communities that can increase the value of local libraries and expand user-centered space utilization is as follows; First, in terms of communities in space and programs, the program will be supplemented through the activation of cultural, entertainment, and collaboration programs and the creation of social and human communities. Second, in terms of smart support for operational and environmental issues, the establishment of a knowledge culture based on information technology, provision of public data and community information exchange, and establishment of smart management operating system centered on users, And to expand the research productivity by efficiently utilizing mutually available data with the local community.

본 연구에서는 디지털시대 교육콘텐츠 확보 및 다변하는 도서관 공간∙기능에 대응하여 사회적 변화에 대처할 수 있는 탄력∙창조적 복합기능 정보공간과 인적자원 교류 및 커뮤니티 기반을 갖춘 지역사회 도서관 정보공간 구축방안을 제안하고자 한다. 지식, 정보, 기술 및 환경 등 교육 및 연구에 필요한 장소와 컨텐츠를 제공하는 기관으로서 장서중심에서 이용자 중심으로, 특정 이용자 중심에서 지역사회와 자원을 공유하는 도서관으로의 확대∙변화를 추구하여 연구 및 교육활성화에 기여할 수 있는 방안을 모색한다. 지역도서관으로서의 가치를 증대하고 이용자 중심의 공간 활용을 확대할 수 있는 지역커뮤니티를 위한 도서관 계획방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공간∙프로그램의 커뮤니티 측면에서는 문화∙엔터테인먼트∙협업 프로그램 활성화 및 사회∙인적 커뮤니티 조성을 통해 도서관의 프로그램을 보완하고 공간을 다변화하여 공간운영의 유연성을 확보하여 이용자 중심의 연구∙교류 및 커뮤니티 활성화를 도모한다. 둘째, 운영∙환경의 스마트 지원 측면에서는 정보기술기반의 지식문화구현, 공공데이터제공과 지역사회 정보교류, 이용자 중심의 스마트 관리운영 시스템을 구축을 통해 IT정보기술을 기반의 장서∙열람공간이 스마트화정보공간으로 전환하여 지역사회와 상호이용 가능한 데이터를 효율적으로 활용한 연구생산성을 확대한다.
