Awareness of the safety and safety of schools has become necessary in the wake of the March issue of safety accidents. Not only is it necessary to strengthen the educational institution's own safety measures, but it also raises the importance of support and coordination of local community safety agencies. However, it is difficult to prevent safety accidents by preventing safety-related accidents, since schools and education offices have a hard time preventing safety-related accidents with their own capabilities. Therefore, this study conducted a theoretical review of the status and cooperation of the institution and associated agencies and associated agencies, and conducted a field survey to assess the status of the actual disaster prevention and cooperative affairs of the real disaster. Based on this, the Commission intends to establish a plan to establish a safety cooperation system for future educational institutions and community related agencies.

세월호 사고 이후 학교안전에 대한 인식이 높아짐에 따라 학교안전사고 예방과 유사시 사고대처능력 및 안전에 대한 의식 제고가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 교육기관의 자체적인 안전대책을 강화해야할 뿐만 아니라 지역사회 안전관련 기관의 지원 및 협조에 대한 중요성도 야기되고 있다. 하지만 학교 및 교육청에서 자체적인 역량으로 안전사고를 예방하기에는 어려운 부분이 많기 때문에 지역사회 안전관련 기관의 지원을 통해 안전사고를 예방할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교육기관과 유관기관의 현황 및 협력 체계에 대한 이론적 검토를 실시하였으며, 실질적인 재난관련 업무 담당자들의 재난안전에 대한 인식 및 협력 현황을 을 알아보기 위해 현장조사를 실시하였다. 또한 이를 토대로 향후 교육기관과 지역사회 관련기관의 안전협력체계 구축방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다.
