The study sought to prevent and improve school violence by qualitative analysis of the teacher's experiences in the relatively neutral areas of dealing with school violence. The roles and perceptions of teachers were examined by continuous comparative analysis through interviews with teachers and by an agreed-upon qualitative analysis by reducing the number of research assistants and counseling schools. In particular, 6 categories of coding were derived from various sub-coding concepts for junior researchers and senior high school as part of the local school violence management (team level). In the course of the research, the circumstances of enforcing duties without authorization among the affected or affected students and their parents while playing a role as a teacher on school violence, and the difficulties and limitations of expertise felt by teachers in investigating students, were common. And the necessity of education at professional facilities and the introduction of school violence experts was discussed to prevent and solve school violence

이 연구는 학교폭력 사안처리에 비교적 중립적인 위치에 있는 교사의 경험에 대해 질적으로 분석하여 학교폭력의 예방과 개선방안을 찾고자 하였다. 교사와 면담을 통하여 지속적 비교분석을 하며 연구보조자와 상담학교수의 감수를 통한 합의적 질적 분석으로 교사의 역할과 인식에 대하여 연구하였다. 특히, 지역의 학교폭력총괄(팀장급)담당으로 근무하면서 관내 중·고등학교에 대한 특성을 이해하고 있는 상황에서 보조연구자와 여러 차례의 코딩작업을 통하여 6개 범주와 40개 하위범주에 대한 개념으로 도출하였다. 연구과정에서 학교폭력사안에 대하여 교사로서 역할 중 가해·피해학생, 학부모사이에서 권한 없이 의무를 강요하는 상황, 스승이 제자를 조사하며 느끼는 어려움과 전문지식의 한계가 공통적으로 나타났다. 그리고 학교폭력을 예방하고 해결하기 위해 전문시설의 교육과 학교폭력전문가 도입의 필요성을 제안하였다.
