[Purpose] The NCS based curriculum is a curriculum based on job and performance centered module. The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data for implementing NCS educational curriculum for Golf education and industry fields. [Method] The methods for the study was carried out through literature analysis on basic concepts of NCS, classification of the NCS curriculum, and utilization of NCS curriculum development case studies for Golf Industry at J University as a pilot study. [Result] As a result, the following study has suggested a NCS curriculum that has a categorized system for Golf Education and Golf industry Management, and discussion on practical difficulties facing college golf education was provided. [Conclusion] The study is the first of its kind to report utilization of Golf related NCS curriculum. In the follow-up study, a necessity arises for implementing wider fields of NCS modules, and to ascertain inter-college cooperation . Furthermore, systematical college education must be followed through increased capabilities in college educators.

[목적] NCS 기반의 교육과정은 직무와 수행 중심의 교육과정으로 직무 중심의 모듈을 기초로 구성한 교육과정을 의미한다. 본 연구 목적은 골프·산업 분야의 NCS 교육과정 도입을 위한 기초적인 자료 제공에 있다. [방법] 연 구 방법은 문헌 분석을 통해 NCS의 기본 개념과 분류 체계 및 구성을 이해했으며, 선행 연구의 고찰을 통해 J대 학 골프산업과의 NCS 교육과정 개발 사례를 활용하였다. [결과] 연구 결과, 골프 산업 분야의 전문 핵심 인재 양 성을 토대로 골프 스포츠 지도와 골프 산업 경영의 분류 체계를 갖춘 NCS 교육과정이 제시되었으며, 대학 교육 현장의 현실적 문제를 기반으로 논의가 이루어졌다. [결론] 본 연구가 갖는 의의는 골프 분야의 최초 NCS 교육과 정 개발 보고로 후속 골프 관련 NCS 활용에 기여한 점이다. 후속 연구에서는 보다 넓은 분야의 NCS 모듈을 적용 할 필요가 있으며, 대학과 기관 간의 상호협력 구축이 필요할 것이다. 그리고 대학 현장의 교수 전문성 확보로 체계적인 대학 수업이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
