The purpose of this study is to analyze the whole process like preparation stage, enforcement stage, and after-event stage of intermural game which is a new type school sports club event called󰡐friendship exchange event', and also to provide implications for the vitalization of elementary school sports club. To achieve this purpose, this study selected three teachers and two principals of two elementary schools in S city as research participants, and then analyzed the main characteristics of success factors of 'friendship exchange event' through methods of questionnaire, in-depth interview, and telephone interview. In the result, 'friendship exchange event󰡑showed success factors, constraint, and effect factors. Success factors included teaching strategies, trust, and process-centered education. Constraint was the responsibility for student transportation. Effect factors were student growth and teacher growth. Through this study is to analyze the development process of 'friendship exchange event', this study was to contribute to the sustainability of school sports club activities and acquisition of sports culture, which were pointed out as problems of school sports club.

본 연구의 목적은 ‘친선 교류전’이라는 학교에서 시행할 수 있는 새로운 유형의 학교스포츠클럽대회, 즉 학교 간 대회를 대회 준비 단계, 대회 시행 단계, 대회 후 단계로 나누어 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 초등학교 학교스포츠클럽 활성화를 위하여 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 S시의 2개 초등학교 교사 3명과 교장 2명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 질문지, 심층면담, 전화통화의 방법으로 ‘친선 교류전’의 성공 사례를 주요 특징별로 분석하였다. 그 결과 학교 간 ‘친선 교류전’은 성공 요소, 제약 요소, 효과 요소가 있었다. 즉 성공 요소로는 교수 전략, 신뢰, 과정 중심 교육이 있었고, 제약 요소로는 학생 수송 안전에 대한 책임 문제, 효과 요소로는 학생 성장과 교사 성장이 있었다. 학교 간 ‘친선 교류전’은 학교스포츠클럽 활동의 지속성과 스포츠 문화 습득에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.
