This paper is to inquire whether the recognition of Kija(Jizi) and his coming to Korean Peninsular which has jointly been held by Korean people and Chinense people for more than 2500 years, can be justified or not. References of Altaic language are in addition to references which was written in Chinese literature and has been exploited so many times. Conclusion of this study make clear the next four things. 1) Established and jointly held recognition by Korean and Chinese should be corrected. 2) Some contemporary critical studies about Kija in Korea during 1950's were mainly dependent on historical evidences and geographic ones, but this study added a new linguistic knowledge about the meaning and usage of Kija, kis, gis ect. as a universal word in North and East Asian area nations that is far from China newly dependant on Altaic language resources. 3) In result of this study the meaning of Kija was not an old Chinese politician's name but was a conception of King. Therefore the very old understanding of the same origin between Korean and Chinese may be denied and the logical basement of Northeast project of Chinese government is of course not authorized. 4) This newly accepted conception of Kija suggests that in the period of ancient history Korean people had been linguistic and cultural bands much more with Monglian and other Northeastern Asian peoples than Chinese.
