This study has the purpose of providing basic data for efficient operation of general sport center by analyzing and evaluating the importance degree and satisfaction degree of service factors that the users of general sport center recognize by IPA technique. It surveyed the users of five general sport centers in Seoul to find the importance degree and satisfaction degree using convenient samples extraction method. It collected 206 copies of the survey for data analysis. It performed statistical analysis using SPSS 22.0 statistics program with the collected 206 copies. All statistical level of significance as set as α=.05. The analysis result is as follows. First, in the importance degree, the coaches were the highest ones. The next ones are staff, program, cost, subsidiary facilities, main facilities and the contribution to local community, if it was put in order. Second, in the satisfaction degree, the coaches were the highest ones. The next ones are staff, program, main facilities, cost, subsidiary facilities and the contribution to local community, if it was put in order. Third, IPA mattress analysis result shows that I quadrant (area for maintaining current situation) includes 15 items such as the responsibility and integrity of coaches. II quadrant (concentration and improvement tendency) includes 7 items such as subsidiary facilities fares. III quadrant (inferior order) includes 9 items such as shower facilities. IV quadrant (rejecting excessive effort) includes 2 items such as the placement of sporting equipment.

본 연구는 IPA 기법을 활용하여 종합스포츠센터 이용객들이 인지하는 서비스요인의 중요도 및 만족도를 비교 분석･평가함으로써 효율적 운영방안이 되는 기초적인 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 본 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구 는 편의표본추출법을 활용하여 서울시에 소재되어 있는 종합스포츠센터 5곳을 직접 방문하여 회원등록이 되어 있는 이 용객들을 대상으로 중요도 및 만족도 설문조사를 실시하였고 총 206부를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 수거한 206부의 유 효한설문지를 가지고 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용해 통계분석을 실시하였다. 모든 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫 번째로 중요도에서는 지도자가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며 그 다음은 직원, 프로그램, 비용, 부대시설, 주시설, 지역사회공헌의 순으로 나타났다. 두 번째로 만족도에서도 지도자가 가 장 높은 것으로 나타났으며 그 다음은 직원, 프로그램, 주시설, 비용, 부대시설, 지역사회공헌의 순으로 나타났다. 세 번 째로 IPA매트리스 분석결과 Ⅰ사분면(현상유지 영역)은 지도자의 책임감성실함등 15개의 문항이 포함되는 것으로 나 타났으며 Ⅱ사분면(집중개선지향)은 부대시설요금등 7개 문항이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. Ⅲ사분면(열등순위)은 사워시설 등 9개 문항이 포함되는 것으로 나타났으며 Ⅳ사분면(과잉노력지양)은 운동기구 배치등 2개문항으로 나타났다.
