The purpose of this study was to survey the differences between the level of teaching event significance and the level of current performance in teaching practices and readiness for teacher before and after teaching practicum program. The subjects of this study was 32 pre-service physical education teachers in non-educational college. Paired t-test analysis were used to verify significant difference between pre and post tests. The major results of this study are summarized as follows: First, there were statistically significant differences levels of importance and performance in all factors of pre test both teaching practices and readiness. Second, there were statistically significant differences levels of importance and performance in all factors of post test. Third, one sub factor as for level of importance in teaching practices, sixteen sub factors as for level of performance in teaching practices, four sub factors as for level of importance in readiness for teacher and three sub factors as for level of performance in readiness for teacher were statistically significant between pre and post test.

본 연구는 학생선수가 중등예비교사로서 학교현장실습 전･후에 인식하는 교직실습영역 및 교사 준비도 영역 에서의 중요도와 실행 수준의 변화를 탐색하여 교원양성 프로그램의 개선방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하 여 선행연구 분석을 통해 교직실습 영역을 측정하기 위한 설문지가 제작되었고, 교사 준비도를 측정하기 위한 설문 지가 선정되었다. 교직실습 영역과 교사 준비도 측정을 위한 항목들은 중요도 수준과 실행도 수준으로 나누어 각각 Likert 5점 척도를 사용하여 A대학교의 비사범계 교직과정을 이수하고 있는 학생선수 32명의 인식 변화를 측정하 는데 활용되었고, 수집된 자료는 대응표본 t-test로 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교현장실습 전, 교직 실습 영역과 교직 준비도 영역의 모든 항목에서 예비교사가 인식하는 중요도 수준과 실행도 수준의 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 학교현장실습 후, 교직 실습 영역과 교직 준비도 영역의 모든 항목에서 예비교사가 인 식하는 중요도 수준과 실행도 수준이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 학교현장실습 전･후 교직실습영역에 서 예비교사들의 중요도 수준은 학급 경영에 대한 인식만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 실행도 수준은 모든 항목이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 학교현장실습 전･후 교직 준비도 영역에서 예비교사들의 중요도 인식은 네 항목이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 실행도 수준은 세 항목이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.
