The purpose of this study was investigates the Autonomy and job satisfaction of the nurses in the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward. The data was collected by distributing structured questionnaires to 79 nurses at the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward at 7 university hospitals in D, B and U Metropolitan cites, from May 20 to June 4, 2013 and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient. The average autonomy level of nursing professionals was 165.47±19.56 points. The average nurse's job satisfaction was 3.15±0.35 points. The correlation between autonomy and nurse's job satisfaction showed to be not correlated. The correlation between autonomy and nurse's job satisfaction of the autonomy category(r=.273) and human interaction category(r=.257) showed to be correlated. It is necessary to developed education and policy programs for nurse's autonomy and nurse's job satisfaction at the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward.

본 연구는 조혈모세포이식병동 간호사의 자율성과 직무만족도를 파악하고, 자율성과 직무만족도와의 상관관계를 규명하기 위한 조사연구이다. 국내 7개의 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사 79명을 대상으로 2013년 5월 20일부터 6월 4일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 14.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient를 실시하였다. 자율성 평균은 165.47±19.56점, 직무만족도 평균은 3.15±0.35점으로 나타났다. 자율성과 직무만족도는 상관관계를 보이지 않았으나, 직무만족도의 하부영역 중 자율성영역(r=.273)과 상호작용영역(r=.257)은 자율성과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 이에 조혈모세포이식병동 간호사의 직무만족도 향상을 위해서 직무만족도의 하부영역인 자율성을 높일 필요가 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 조혈모세포이식병동 간호사들의 자율성과 직무만족도를 증가시킬 수 있는 교육과 정책프로그램을 개발에 유용한 기초자료로 이용될 수 있다.
