This study is to analyze correlations between competition capability relating to selection of partners in supply chain, functional integration, structural integration and performance of supply chain from the viewpoint of cooperation in supply chain. In this study, capability of enterprises that participate in supply chain is organized by adding change capability which is dynamic capability variable that enterprises actively react to a change in market to four competition capabilities which were used in previous studies : cost, quality, period of delivery and flexibility. This study examined the influence of such capability factors on functional integration and structural integration which are cooperation types of supply chain. This study analyzed causal relation between functional integration and structural integration. Results of hypotheses test are as follows. First, when analyzing hypothesis for competition capability and supply chain integration, it was found that for functional integration, cost capability, quality capability and period of delivery capability of enterprises that participated in supply chain had a significant influence while for structural integration, only cost had an influence. Second, when analyzing correlation between functional integration and structural integration, it was found that functional integration had a significant influence on structural integration. Third, when analyzing correlation between integration of supply chain and a result of cooperation, it was found that both functional integration and structural integration had a significant influence on a result of cooperation in supply chain and structural integration had a much stronger influence than functional integration. Fourth, this study compared a difference about hypotheses path between Automobile parts and Electricity/Electronics SMEs and analyzed mediated effect of supply chain in functional integration and structural integration.

본 연구는 공급망의 파트너 선택요인에 관련된 경쟁역량이 공급망의 기능적 통합과 구조적 통합 및 공급망 성과에 미치는 프로세스 특성을 분석한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 활용된 4가지 경쟁역량(원가. 품질, 납기, 유연성)뿐만 아니라 기업의 시장 변화에 능동적으로 변화하려는 동적역량 변수인 변화역량을 추가하여 공급망 참여기업의 역량을 구성하였으며 이러한 역량요인들이 공급망의 협력 유형인 기능적 통합과 구조적 통합에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하였다. 또한 기능적 통합과 구조적 통합간의 인과관계를 분석하였으며 추가분석을 실시하여 자동차부품 중소기업과 전기/전자 관련 중소기업의 경쟁역량, 공급망 통합 및 성과와의 관련성을 비교하였다. 연구모형의 가설검정 결과를 제시하면 첫째, 경쟁역량과 기능적 통합 간에는 공급망 참여 기업의 원가역량, 품질역량, 납기역량이 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 구조적 통합에는 원가역량만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기능적 통합과 구조적 통합간의 인과관계를 분석한 결과 기능적 통합이 구조적 통합에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공급망 통합과 협력성과 간의 관련성을 분석한 결과 기능적 통합과 구조적 통합 모두 공급망 협력성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 구조적 통합보다 기능적 통합의 영향 강도가 매우 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 가설검정에 이어 기능적 통합과 구조적 통합의 공급망 성과에 대한 매개효과를 분석하였으며 자동차 부품 중소기업과 전기-전자 관련 중소기업들 간 가설경로의 차이검정을 실시하였다.
