The purpose of this study is to identify the meaningfulness and conceptual components of the amenity, and to verify the effect of each component on quality of life. For this purpose, the detailed conceptual components of amenity are divided into environmental amenity, cultural amenity, aesthetic amenity, and convenience amenity. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that environmental amenity was the most influential variable on the quality of life in terms of direct effects, and that the variables that have the greatest effect on indirect effects were cultural environment amenity. On the other hand, convenience amenity was analyzed as a factor that negatively affects environmental amenity and quality of life.

본 연구의 목적은 어메니티의 의의와 개념적 구성요소를 확인하고, 각각의 구성요소가 삶의 질이라는 결과변수에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 어메니티의 세부 개념적 구성요소를 환경 어메니티, 문화 어메니티, 심미 어메니티, 편의 어메니티로 구분하여 삶의 질과의 관계성을 규명하였다. 분석의 결과, 직접효과 측면에서 삶의 질에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 환경 어메니티였으며, 간접효과를 고려한 전체효과 측면에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 문화 어메니티임을 확인하였다. 한편 편의 어메니티는 환경어메니티와 삶의 질에 부정적 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다.
