The Influence of Hotel Employees’ Perception of Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation

Human resources are the most important means in achieving the purpose of a Hotel company and are recognized as a key source for strengthening competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of Hotel employees’ perception of organizational justice on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Theoretical studies and empirical analyzes were conducted to achieve the research objectives. And it is meaningful to suggest implications for efficient human resource management. The independent variable are three subordinate factors of organizational justice(distributional justice, procedural justice, and interpersonal justice). The dependent variable is customer orientation, and the mediating variable is job satisfaction. The analysis results showed that the organizational justice had a positive effect on job satisfaction and customer orientation of Hotel employees. Therefore, in order to improve the level of customer orientation, it is necessary to improve not only the level of job satisfaction but also the level of organizational justice. However, this study has limitations in that it can not generalize the results of the study. We expect further research to overcome these limitations in the future.
