Recently, “Sandwich Panel” has been used a lot in factories, warehouse, and even verandas of residence for expansion because it is low-priced and superior in warmth, insulation and waterproof. Under construction of Sandwich Panel, some fire accidents have been broken out many times due to welding and fusing, but other types of case erecting Sandwich Panel with electric wires in construction buildings for boring have made fire accidents two times as well in this regard some experiments regarding ignition have presented possibilities of future fire accidents related to using “Sandwich Panel”. Accordingly, there is a recommended necessity to regulate the erecting “Sandwich Panel” with electric wires for boring because it is easy to set a fire. Therefore, active public relations to inform people of dangerousness of using “Sandwich Panel” are very needed
