The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of low- priced coffee shop selection attributes on user satisfaction and user loyalty. In order to verify the research hypothesis, we set up a research model and research hypothesis that can study the effect of low- priced coffee shop selection attributes on user satisfaction and loyalty based on previous studies. The results of the study found that the cleanliness and convenience were placed on the most influential factors in improving the satisfaction.
