Cultural art could be is a service product? The true value of cultural art could be realized in having audiences experience positive emotions. If this experience was considered as a form of service products, service quality could be relevant to consumer’s satisfaction and then to attitudes. This study was focused on classical music performances and concerts. The purpose of this study was to figure out the concept of service quality in classical performances. The results could contribute to establishing the cultural policy related to classical music performances in cultourism(cultural tourism).
