Haruki Murakami has published some documentary books such as Underground and From Promised Land, in which Aum Shinrikyo, ‘New Religion’ of Japan and its violence has been accused. 1Q84 has been considered as a novel version of such interest of him. Although Haruki said his purpose of these works were on the question why new religion of Japan had produced such violence, 1Q84 present this answer as ‘absolutu love’ instead of answering the logic of religion. This paper will deals with some problems in that logic.
