This study investigates the difference between Japanese factual conditionals to and the Korean connective suffix ca. It has been claimed in previous studies that to and ca have the usage of sequence of actions in common. This paper, however, argues that the usage of sequence of actions can be divided into two usages sequence of actions 1 and sequence of actions 2. In addition, this paper also argues that to has the usage of both sequence of actions 1 and sequence of actions 2 although ca has only the usage of sequence of actions 2.
