The purpose of this study was to investigate the coffee bean of selection atttributes on customer satisfaction. The survey was targeted at consumers who are buying the coffee bean and their experience. Data collection was used by questionnaires to testify the hypothesis. The result of this findings suggested there were four selection attributes: environmental attributes, price-related attributes, product-related attributes, and functionality-related attributes. Especially, price- and functionality-related attributes had no significant effect on the satisfaction.
