The purpose of this paper is to define and show the contents of the ‘Tango Art & Design’ project which is operated in Kyotango-city of Japan. The interview survey of Kyotango-city officials are implemented to find out the contents and performance of ‘Tango Art & Design’ project. The goal of this project is to create beneficial effects of products which were produced by disabled employments. The social enterprise’s development strategies through the linkage of industry, government and academia is the important element for this project. In order to develop the social enterprise of regional society, further research should be conducted of ‘Tango Art & Design’ project.
