브랜드커피전문점의 입지와 공간구성에 관한 풍수지리적 분석 - 대구지역을 중심으로 -

The geomantic theory has influenced significantly to the human life. There are many reasons which make commercial business to be successful or fail. This study tried to research the prosperity or fail of commercial buildings and business which applied the geomantic theory. Through researching the interrelation between colour and 8-directions, between external facing colour and building shape, this study tried to research how the geomantic theory influences the commercial space. The coffee shops near by Suseong lake have been researched about how to apply the theory and how are the result which are fail or prosperous on their business. Franchise chains which are Starbucks, Angel-in-us, Davinci, Pascuci, Tom &Toms were selected for this study. Commercial business space can be successful by applying and harmonizing the geomantic theory which are attaining water, geographical features, interrelation between 5-colours and 8-directions.
