The rapid development of media technology has opened up a new environment of the digital age. This phenomenon has created a new generation called digital immigrant and digital settler, digital native. In most cases, students are digital natives. On the contrary, Educators are digital immigrant or digital settler. They are very different because it came alive in very different circumstances. This study are basic research on identify more in detail by the cause of the gap between the learners(digital native) and educators(digital immigrant or digital settler) in to increase the effectiveness of Japanese language education.
