The study was to suggest medical tourist policy of Busan by Russian medical tourists visiting the city for the medical treatment. The analysis was based on the demographic characteristics of Russians. The finding suggested some Busan’s medical market-oriented policies. This research will contribute building medical tourism strategy for Russian market segmentation.
