The purpose of this study is to examine one of the factors that affect audience satisfaction, which is the influence of others. For this motive, quality of works, engrossment, satisfaction, and the influence of others were selected as the main variables based on previous studies. The research methodology involved collecting data from a total of 229 people through a survey, the subjects being the audience of the works premiered at Seoul Daehak-ro. The validity and reliability of each variable were tested through factor analysis, and the moderated indirect effects were tested using the Process Macro. The results of this study are as follows: first, the quality of the works was affecting the satisfaction factor with a positive (+) effect; second, the flow was affecting the quality and satisfaction of the work with a positive (+) effect. And finally, in the case of the influence of others, the effect of a companion had a direct negative (-) effect on the satisfaction, but it was not significant in the capacity of the moderator effect. On the other hand, in the case of the influence of unspecified others, both the direct effect and the moderator effect were found to be significant, and the direct effect had a positive (+) effect, but the moderator effect had a negative (-) effect. Synthesizing the results of this study, it was verified that the influence of others is acting as a moderated mediator to the satisfaction. In other words, it is suggested that not only the accompanying person but also the non-specific person who enjoys the play together is an important factor affecting the satisfaction of the play.

본 연구는 연극 감상 만족도에 미치는 타인의 영향을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구들을 토 대로 작품의 내용품질, 연기품질, 몰입, 만족도, 그리고 타인의 영향을 주요 변수로 선정하였다. 연구방법은 서울 대학 로에서 초연된 작품 관객들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 총 229명의 자료를 수집하였으며, 요인분석과 Cronbach’s α 값을 통해 각 변수의 타당성과 신뢰도를 검정하였고 Process Macro를 이용하여 조절된 매개효과를 검정하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 작품 품질은 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 몰입은 작 품 품질과 만족도를 정(+)의 효과로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 타인의 영향 가운데, 동반인의 영향은 만족도에 부(-)의 직접효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 조절효과로서 유의하지 않았다. 반면, 타인의 영향중에서 불특정 타인 의 영향은 직접효과와 조절효과 모두 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 이 때, 직접효과는 정(+)의 영향을 미친 반면, 조절 효과는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합했을 때 타인의 영향은 연극 감상 만족도에 조절된 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었으며. 연극을 함 께 감상하는 불특정 타인의 영향력이 개인의 연극 만족도를 조절하는 중요한 변수임을 시사한다.
