This study was conducted in order to verify what influence women university student's self-efficacy and mediating effects have on their satisfaction level with higher education and life-long education programs. For this purpose, a total of 221 women university students were surveyed. All of them attend college based in Jeonbuk Province. The survey was a pre-arranged survey. The survey period was from September 2nd to September 30th 2017. The findings show that their self-efficacy and mediating efforts have positive effects on their satisfaction level with higher education and life-long education programs. To improve the purpose of the study, Sobel test was applied to test mediating effects. The result of this test show that the verification was statistically significant. Based on these findings, it is deemed to be necessary that advanced education programs need to be developed to improve the students' satisfaction level with higher education and life-long education programs. This study presents plans to improve educational environments.

본 연구는 성인여성대학생의 고등교육 평생교육만족도가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 있어서 자아효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2017년 9월 2일부터 9월 30일까지 전북지역 2년제 대학에 재학 중인 성인여성대학생 221명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 성인여성대학생의 고등교육 평생교육만족도는 자아효능감을 통해서 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 Sobel test를 적용하여 매개효과를 검증한 결과 통계적 유의성이 검증되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해서 성인여성대학생의 고등교육 평생교육만족도와 삶의 질을 높이기 위하여 자아효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발과 교육환경 여건을 조성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
